Directions for Public Transportation
Take the Blue Line to the Oak Park Avenue stop. When you step on to the platform, turn left and leave the station using the East Avenue exit. Turn left on to East Avenue and walk about 100 feet to Harrison, the first cross street. Turn right and walk 4 streets to Ridgeland. The distance is approximately 2 city blocks. The theater is across Ridgeland, directly south of the Cleaners and north of the 290 Expressway.
Free On and Off Street Parking:
When you reach the intersection of Harrison and Ridgeland, you may park in the parking lot for Scheck & Siress – directly across the street from the theater. They will allow Open Door patrons to use the lot for free on Friday evenings and all day/night on Saturdays and Sundays.
There is also free on-street parking on Harrison as well as on Ridgeland north of Harrison Street.
